Yes — StokSync is completely free to get started. Create your group, invite members, and track contributions at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core functionality will always remain free.
Once you've created a group, tap the 'Invite Members' button inside the group. StokSync generates a unique invite link which you can share directly via WhatsApp. Members click the link, sign up, and are automatically added to your group.
StokSync is a management and tracking platform — we don't hold your money. Contributions are paid directly through secure payment partners. Your personal data is protected under POPIA and our platform uses SSL encryption on all connections.
StokSync works on any modern smartphone — Android and iPhone. It can be installed directly from your browser (no App Store needed) and works like a native app. An Android app is also available for download.
The admin sets a payout order when creating the group. The Payouts tab shows who is next in the rotation, the scheduled date, and the amount. Admins manually process the actual bank transfer and mark it as paid in the app so all members can see the record.
